At LEDKicks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
To initiate a return, contact us at Anahrebecki@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
